Youth Welfare :
The organization has developed an effective networking with Youth Clubs and through them various social, cultural, training and youth expedition activities are held.

Women's Issues :
The child welfare programmes covers welfare of the Mothers of the child and expectant mothers. An anti dowry campaign is held in Jhargram district regularly by the organization

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION :
BBWS conduct programmes in association with the School of Fundamental Research-(implementing the Union Ministry of Environment programmes) and the West Bengal Pollution Control Board for community awareness generation programmes and survey works on various environment issues.
